アロハアートウィーク

　この度、 ５月２７日（金）～５月２９日（日）、第一回ALOHA ART WEEK2011を開催します。 ALOHA ART WEEKは、毎年高知県黒潮町の砂浜美術館で開催されるTシャツ・アート展が、ナ・ホク・ハノハノ・アワードと共同イベントとして開催されるイベントです。
この砂浜美術館で開催されるTシャツ・アート展は、今年で２３回目を迎え、２０１０年には初めてモンゴルでも開催されました。今年は、日本、ハワイ、メインランドから集った約８００点のデザインが白いオーガニックＴシャツにプリントされ、砂浜美術館、カカアコ・マカイ・ゲートウェイ・パークで展示されます。

砂浜と海と空が創り出す背景に、白いＴシャツが集合体となってひらひらする風景は、壮大なすばらしい「現代芸術作品」であり、まさしく自然の中の「美術館」が存在することを実感できます。
また、東日本大震災の復興支援といたしまして、ALOHA ART WEEK 2011でも、
急遽、チャリティ活動を行う事を決定いたしました。

各ミュージシャンおよびアーティストの方々から日本の為に寄せられたメッセージやデザインをALOHA FOR JAPAN Tシャツにプリントし、当イベントにて展示いたします。このTシャツは、イベント終了後、オンラインでのサイレントオークションで販売し、日本赤十字社に寄付いたします。

つきましては、各企業、団体、ホテルの皆様方には21枚のTシャツをご提供いただければと思っております。貴社のご賛同に対して、貴社のロゴ、ご社名をイベントのバナー、パンフなどに織り込みます。
また、21枚のうち1枚はALOHA ART WEEKにて展示され、残りの20枚につきましては、展示会場のブースまたはオンライン(alohaoutlet.com)にて販売し、運営費の一部に充てさせていただきます。その際も貴社の社名、メッセージPRなどをサイトでご紹介させていただきます。
Tシャツは、もしサイズごとにご提供いただけると幸いです。

We would like to inform you that “The First Annual Aloha Art Week” will be held on Oahu, Friday May 27 – Sunday the 29th, 2011.
There will be a “T-shirts Art Exhibition” in Kaka`ako Gateway Park. This exhibition is originally from Seaside Gallery in Kuroshio-cho, Kochi prefecture in Japan. This year is the first time to have the event in Hawai`i, and it is collaboration with Na Hoku Hanohano Awards. We are very excited to be bringing this concept to the people of Hawai`i.
This “T-shirt Art Exhibition” is the 23rd annual in this year. It was held in  Mongolia in 2010. About 800 designs were gathered from Japan, Hawai`i and Mainland. Those will be printed on white organic T-shirts and displayed in Seaside Gallery and Kaka`ako Makai Gateway Park.
The image of hundreds of shirts flapping in the wind with the ocean and sky in the background makes for magnificent and amazing contemporary art. People will be able to take part in a whole new “Museum in Nature” experience.
We have also added a Kokua for Japan charity to the event. Messages from  musicians and artists from Hawai`i were gathered  and printed on T-shirts which were hung in the exhibition. These shirts will be sold on Aloha Art Week’s website after the exhibition and donated to Japan Red Cross. It will be a silent auction system.
If a company, organization or hotel would like to, they can donate 21 company T-shirts to the Aloha Art Week Committee. They will receive sponsorship status and their logo and name will be printed on our various PR materials – banner, flyer, brochure, etc.

One shirt will be hung in the Exhibition of Aloha Art Week. The other 20 shirts will be sold at the Exhibition booth and online (www.alohaoutlet.com) to help offset event costs. Their logo, name and message also will be introduced on the website. If the T-shirts are divided by sizes, that would be nice. Ex.) 5-Small, 5-Medium, 5-Large, 5-XLarge

“Aloha Art Week 2011” is the only event of its kind in which hundreds of one of a kind T shirts are part of a moving exhibition. We are also planning to have this event yearly and to keep promoting it in Hawai`i. If you would like to become a sponsor by either donating T shirts or making a monetary contribution,  please contact us.
